Sales Administrative Assistant

Sales Administrative Assistant ensuring below listed duties and responsibilities are carried out properly.  Provides administrative support to Sales Department with primary focus of the documentation of pre & post sales data.

  • Manages sales appointments for CVN Sales Representatives in Time Matters ™ database (Google calendar & related).
  • Documents results of all sales calls in TM (also in Contacts and Projects if applicable).
  • Quote projects in Sales Stage 1.
  • Preparation of weekly & biweekly Sales Reports: Milestone Reports, Sales Appt Activity, Mgmt Co., Strategy Report, etc.
  • Analysis of quote and sales data for report preparation as needed for Executive Staff.
  • Reconcile CVN / TWC sales data for monthly commission report (per CtW).
  • Relieve Sales Management team of work overflow and detail.
  • Assist with Carrier Services workflow.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability:

Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

 

Mathematical Ability:

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
